Instalment Receipt Agreement definition

Instalment Receipt Agreement means the instalment receipt and pledge agreement to be entered into as contemplated by and as defined in the Prospectus;

Instalment Receipt Agreement means the instalment receipt and pledge agreement dated January 9, 2014, entered or to be entered into between the Corporation, the Selling Debentureholder, the Trustee (as Custodian thereunder) and the Underwriters (as defined therein) providing for the sale of Debentures, on an instalment basis, by the Selling Debentureholder.

• Section 2.04 Vesting of Plan Units (i) Subject to this Plan and the Instalment Receipt Agreement, the Board may in its discretion determine and set vesting provisions applicable to the issue of any Plan Units and Instalment Receipts that the Board determines to be appropriate in the circumstances.
