Company Secretary means a company secretary as defined in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980) and who has obtained a certificate of practice under sub-section (1) of section 6 of that Act;
Deputy Secretary means the person holding, acting in, or performing the duties of Deputy Secretary of Higher Education and Skills in the Department.
Cabinet Secretary means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance;
Secretary-General means the Secretary-General of the Organization.
Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
General Secretary means the General Secretary of the Federation.
Regional Director means the Regional Director of the Southwestern Region of the Ministry;
Deputy President means a Deputy President of the Tribunal;
Deputy Assistant Secretary as used in this clause, means the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Federal Contract Compliance, U.S. Department of Labor, or a designee.

Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;
Campus police officer means a school security officer designated by the board of education of any school district pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6146, and amendments thereto.

Campaign for elective office means any activity in furtherance of an effort to influence the selection, nomination, election, or appointment of any individual to any federal, State, or local public office or office in a political organization, or the selection, nomination, or election of Presidential or Vice-Presidential electors, but does not include activities (i) relating to the support or opposition of any executive, legislative, or administrative action, (ii) relating to collective bargaining, or (iii) that are otherwise in furtherance of the person's official duties.
Corporation’s Auditors means such firm of chartered accountants as the Corporation may have appointed or may from time to time appoint as auditors of the Corporation;
Chief Executive Office State means California, where Borrower’s chief executive office is located.
City Chief Procurement Officer or “CCPO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Mayor to coordinate and oversee the procurement activity of Mayoral agency staff, including the ACCOs.
Chief Procurement Officer or "CPO" means the chief procurement officer of the City of Chicago or his or her designee.
