Institution Content means any data or content that is submitted by the Institution and collected and stored by the Company’s system.

Examples of Institution Content in a sentence

  • Institution will be solely responsible for providing all Institution Content.

  • Institution grants to Company all necessary proprietary rights and licenses in and to Institution Content solely as necessary for Company to provide the Services for Institution.

  • Furthermore, I /the applicant(s) am/is/are aware that the LCSD has the right to require the participant(s) to produce the original of the proof for verification at any time (including on the event day(s)) and the participant(s) shall raise no objection.

Related to Institution Content

  • Institutional pharmacy means the physical portion of an institutional facility that is engaged in the compounding, dispensing, and distribution of drugs, devices, and other materials, hereinafter referred to as ‘drugs’, used in the diagnosis and treatment of injury, illness, and disease and which is permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy.

  • District and high school graduation report means a report of the number of pupils, excluding adult education participants, in the district for the immediately preceding school year, adjusted for those pupils who have transferred into or out of the district or high school, who leave high school with a diploma or other credential of equal status.

  • Cooperating country national (“CCN”) means an individual who is a cooperating country citizen or a non-cooperating country citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the cooperating country.

  • Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating pharmacy, that provides centralized prescription drug order filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.
