Institutional care facility definition

Institutional care facility means a nursing home, an (ICF/IID) intermediate care facility for mentally retarded/developmentally disabled (ICF/MR-DD), or a state mental hospital licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 395 or 400, F.S.
