Day care facility definition

Day care facility means a child care facility that includes a day care home, preschool, child care center, school-age program or other facility of a type determined by the secretary to require regulation under the provisions of K.S.A. 65-501 et seq., and amendments thereto.
Day care facility means a person, association, or place, incorporated or unincorporated, that provides day care on a regular basis, or a place licensed or registered to provide day care on an irregular basis for children suffering from illness. It includes a family day care home, a day care center, a group day care home, or a facility providing care in a child's home for the purpose of meeting registration requirements for the receipt of payments as provided in 52-2-713, MCA. The term does not include:

More Definitions of Day care facility

Day care facility means a facility accommodating fewer than thirteen (13) children for the purposes of day care in the provider's home, or meeting the definition and standards as contained in ORS 418. The provider's children are included for the purposes of this definition.
Day care facility means a facility that provides care and supervision for 7 or more children for more than 3 but less than 24 consecutive hours in each day that the facility is operating, and is intended to be operated for at least 12 consecutive weeks per year;
