Insurances Assignment(s) definition

Insurances Assignment(s) means the assignment in respect of the insurances over each Vessel executed by the relevant Borrower in favor of the Security Trustee pursuant to Section 4.1(i), substantially in the form set out in Exhibit E or in such other form as the Facility Agent may agree;

Insurances Assignment(s) means each of the TBL Insurances Assignment and the TOS Insurances Assignment.

Insurances Assignment(s) means the first priority assignments in respect of the insurances over a Vessel, to be executed by the Borrower in favor of the Security Trustee pursuant to Section 4.2(b)(ii), substantially in the form set out in Exhibit F;

Examples of Insurances Assignment(s) in a sentence

• The following terms and provisions shall apply to this Agreement; the meaning of any term in this or any other Section of this Agreement expressed in the singular shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the same term expressed in the plural and vice versa: Assignments: the Earnings Assignments and the Insurances Assignments, or any thereof, as the context requires.

• If any Borrower obtains political risk insurance or other similar insurances, it shall enter into Insurances Assignments over such insurances, substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto.

• Upon execution of this Insurances Assignment by each of the Continuing Shipowning Companies, the Existing Insurances Assignments shall terminate and neither the Continuing Shipowning Companies nor the Lender shall have any rights or obligations thereunder.

More Definitions of Insurances Assignment(s)

Insurances Assignment(s) means assignments in respect of the insurances of the Units to be executed by the respective Guarantor owning same in favor of the Security Trustee pursuant to Section 4.1(d) substantially in the form set out in Exhibit 5;

Insurances Assignment(s) assignments of the insurances of the Mortgaged Vessels to be executed by the appropriate Shipowning Guarantor in favor of the Agent, pursuant to Section 4.1 substantially in the form set out in Exhibit 9 or in such other form as the Agent may require;

Insurances Assignment(s) means the assignments in respect of the insurances of each Vessel to be executed by the relevant Vessel-Owning Guarantor in favor of the Facility Agent pursuant to Section 3.1(j)(ii) substantially in the form set out in Exhibit G;

Insurances Assignment(s) means the assignment in respect of the insurances over each Vessel executed by the relevant Borrower
