Insurer Data definition

Insurer Data means the Policyholder Data and all Insurer Materials, data or information relating to the Insurer, its staff, the Policyholders, the operations, Insurance Business or activities of the Insurer;
Insurer Data all data supplied to the MIDportal Provider by the User pursuant to this Agreement for inclusion on the MID;
