Policyholder Data definition

Policyholder Data means the Personal Information, information, records and data of the Policyholders, whether of a financial nature or otherwise, held by or under the direct or indirect control of, or in possession of the Intermediary for purposes of rendering the Intermediary Services in terms of this Agreement or which is Processed by the Intermediary in performing its obligations in this Agreement including, but not limited to-
Policyholder Data means the personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Laws) of the Policyholders or any of them;
Policyholder Data means information and data held by the Seller in respect of a Policyholder under or relating to any Insurance Policy;

Examples of Policyholder Data in a sentence

  • Where Policyholder Data is supplied to Thomond by the Intermediary for the purposes of this agreement, Thomond shall be entitled to deem that data is obtained, used & retained in line with the Data Protection Acts & General Data Protection Regulation.

  • Policyholder behavior means any action a policyholder, contract holder, or any other person with the right to elect options, such as a certificate holder, may take under a policy or contract subject to this section including but not limited to lapse, withdrawal, transfer, deposit, premium payment, loan, annuitization, or benefit elections prescribed by the policy or contract, but excluding events of mortality or morbidity that result in benefits prescribed in their essential aspects by the terms of the policy or contract.

  • Policyholder means the adult person named in the Schedule who has concluded the Policy with the Company.

  • Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.
