Insurer means a person who insures or guarantees for the benefit of the mortgagee all or any portion of the risk of loss upon borrower default on any of the mortgage loans originated, purchased or serviced by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including the Federal Housing Administration, the United States Department of Veterans’ Affairs, the Rural Housing Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and any private mortgage insurer, and providers of hazard, title or other insurance with respect to such mortgage loans or the related collateral.
Qualified Insurer A mortgage guaranty insurance company duly authorized and licensed where required by law to transact mortgage guaranty insurance business and approved as an insurer by Xxxxxx Xxx or Xxxxxxx Mac.
Approved Insurer Each insurance policy shall be issued by insurance companies authorized to do business in the State of Nevada or eligible surplus lines insurers under federal and Nevada law and having agents in Nevada upon whom service of process may be made, and currently rated by A.M. Best as “A-VII” or better.
Policy Provider means MBIA Insurance Corporation, or any successor thereto.
Certificate Insurer Default The existence and continuance of any of the following:
Replacement Provider has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.1.
Required Insurance Policy With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any insurance policy that is required to be maintained from time to time under this Agreement.
Insurer Default means the occurrence and continuance of any of the following events:
Specified Insurance Company means any Entity that is an insurance company (or the holding company of an insurance company) that issues, or is obligated to make payments with respect to, a Cash Value Insurance Contract or an Annuity Contract.
Insurers means the underwriters or insurance companies with whom any Obligatory Insurances are effected and the managers of any protection and indemnity or war risks association in which any or the Collateral Vessels may at any time be entered.
Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Series, the Person, if any, designated as such in the related Supplement.
Third Party Provider means licensors, subcontractors and suppliers of BNYM furnishing the Third Party Products.
Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.
R&W Insurer means AIG Specialty Insurance Company.
Certificate Insurer As defined in the Series Supplement.
Content Provider means any video programming provider of copyrighted works for transmission to Licensed Products and the copyright owners of such work.
Policy Holder means the person who is a legal holder of this Policy and is named as the “Policy Holder” in the Policy Schedule.
Certificate Insurance Policy The Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy No. AB1094BE, dated the Closing Date, including any endorsements thereto issued by the Certificate Insurer to the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the Insured Certificates, a form of which is attached as Exhibit L hereto.
Insurance Policy With respect to any Mortgage Loan included in the Trust Fund, any insurance policy, including all riders and endorsements thereto in effect, including any replacement policy or policies for any Insurance Policies.
Named Insured means the person or organization named in Item 1 of the Declarations.
Health-care-insurance receivable means an interest in or claim under a policy of insurance which is a right to payment of a monetary obligation for health-care goods or services provided.
Note Insurer means Ambac Assurance Corporation, a Wisconsin-domiciled stock insurance corporation, or any successor thereto, as issuer of the Policy.
