Intake Facility definition

Intake Facility means the deed-water intake facility, maintenance building, and accessary facilities to be constructed and operated on Site 4, for the purpose of accessing raw water from Lake Xxxxxx.

Intake Facility means all facilities now existing or which may be constructed or installed in the future that are owned by Cary and Apex that are used in the collection, transmission and delivery of water from Jordan Lake to the Flow Diversion Vault and includes but is not limited to lake aeration and/or mixing systems (if any), chemical pretreatment apparatus, intake screens, pipeline mains and laterals, pumping stations, pumps, meters, valves, equipment and all appurtenances thereto. Intake Facility includes the Flow Diversion Vault.
