Maintenance Building Sample Clauses

Maintenance Building. The Parties acknowledge that the Maintenance Building contains plumbing, meters and an irrigation clock that controls the City owned adjacent public restrooms and park grounds. The City shall maintain, repair and replace those facilities, as necessary, in accordance with all applicable laws, and shall make all necessary and reasonable maintenance, repairs to such facilities that are materially or necessarily required in order to reasonably operate the Premises in accordance with the standards required by this Lease or that the City determines are necessary in its sole discretion.
Maintenance Building. The Maintenance Building is only present on the Teacher's Campus, and users running the Student program should never see this building. The presence of this building is the major distinguishing feature between the two programs.
Maintenance Building. Within Envelope [x] as shown on Exhibit [x], the construction, use, maintenance, repair and renovation of a maintenance building substantially within the footprint of the existing maintenance building, paved or unpaved driveway and lot for parking of not more than four (4) vehicles, and septic system.
Maintenance Building. This element is Project 8.4 in the Master Plan and entails implementing a new Maintenance Building that will include a maintenance shop, staff space, warehouse, and storage areas. The new Maintenance Building will replace the functionality of the existing Maintenance Shop, Maintenance Storage Yard, Instrumentation Shop, and Primary Control Building. As a result, these buildings will be demolished as part of this project. The major project elements include the following: • Demolition of existing Administration Building and Primary Control Building; • 8,200 SF one-story building; • Landscaping; • Yard space for storage and vehicle access. This element is Project 4.1 in the Master Plan and involves rehabilitating selected components of the existing support utility systems. The major elements of this project include the following: • Repair concrete within supernatant pump station; • Replace digester supernatant pumps; • Repair portions of drainage piping from digesters to supernatant pump station.
Maintenance Building. In connection with Developer’s construction of the Maintenance Building identified in Section 10.2 of the MDA, Developer will grade an access driveway allowing ingress and egress from a dedicated public street. The driveway need not be paved, but must be constructed, graded, and surfaced in a manner that allows for reasonable four- season maintenance.
