Service Provider agrees that it will not share any Data pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise without first securing all required consents from Data subjects and/or owners of the Data in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Service Provider Agreement and in the form and/or manner described in the Intake, Referral and Consent Guidelines included in the Manual, or as may hereafter be required by FSK.

The Intake Referral Coordinator, will either make the referral for assignment, or refer the caller to the appropriate community resource.
The Contractor shall utilize the Central Intake Data System (CIDS) for entry of all Central Intake Referral data and shall assure that data is entered in accordance with the SOP manual in order to insure that Monthly CIDS reports are timely and accurate.
