Integrity Pact definition

Integrity Pact means an agreement called Integrity Pact between the contractor and the Employer shall be signed committing the persons/ officials of both the parties, not to exercise any corrupt influence on any aspect of the Tender/Contract. The Independent External Monitor(s)(IEM) appointed by the Employer shall oversee the compliance of obligation under the Integrity Pact.

Examples of Integrity Pact in a sentence

  • In case BIDDER is unsuccessful, this Integrity Pact shall expire after six months from the date of the signing of the contract.

  • The Arbitration Clause in the main tender document/ contract shall not be applicable to any issue/ dispute arising out of or in relation to the Integrity Pact.
