Intel Products definition

Intel Products means the products listed on Attachment A and any additional products that Intel later adds to Attachment A.
Intel Products means all NOR Flash Memory Products and all Stacked Memory Products, manufactured, sold, or under development by Intel as of the Effective Date, including those listed on Schedule 1.1(c) of the Intel ATA Disclosure Letter.
Intel Products mean any software, hardware of software/hardware product manufactured and sold by Intel or a third party on behalf of Intel.

Intel Products means the products listed on Attachment B and any additional products that Intel later adds to this Agreement by providing written notice to You.
Intel Products means Intel's printed circuit board, system and multi-chip module level products designed for use in desktop computer, server computer, or Multibus and similar industrial computer products manufactured and marketed by Intel or Intel's contractors or customers. An Intel Product which is otherwise within the definition of the preceding sentence will not cease to be an Intel Product, merely because it is used or marketed for use by Intel, Intel's contractors, or Intel's customers in a product other than a desktop computer, server computer, Multibus or similar industrial computer product.
