Intellectual Property – Created by Kin Yat means any improvements to the Technical Manufacturing Information – KIN YAT that are newly created or developed, and reduced to practice by Kin Yat in (i) preparing any Product provided pursuant to this Agreement, or (ii) performing the Manufacturing Services or any other work provided pursuant to this Agreement; but shall not include any Intellectual Property - Existing by Kin Yat.
