Intended Recipients definition

Intended Recipients means, in relation to an offering document, those persons who, taking into account the terms of the offering document and all the circumstances in which the offering document was issued, might reasonably be expected to accept the offer contained therein or to apply to acquire securities pursuant thereto;

Examples of Intended Recipients in a sentence

  • We may not scan Items that we deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man at the Intended Recipient's address or the address of the Representative (as the case may be).

  • We will not be liable for any Item where any person misrepresents their authority to receive an Item on the Intended Recipient's behalf or on your behalf even if such loss, delay or damage arises from our negligence.

  • You acknowledge and accept that we may have in place arrangements with certain Intended Recipients whereby delivery of Items will not be attempted by us on specified dates (for example, on days when an Intended Recipient’s business is not usually open) (a “No Delivery Date”).
