The Employer and Union agree that they will individually endorse, support, and collectively cooperate with one another in the pursuit of these purposes and objectives. Section 1.3 The Parties agree that when an employee's work duties bring him/her into contact with any residents, patients, or their families, the employee will be cooperative and do their utmost to present the best possible positive image of the Employer. INTENT & PURPOSE. It is the intent and purpose of the Board of Trustees that this Agreement set forth herein a basic policy covering certain bargaining rights between the Board of Trustees and the Service Employees International Union, Local 1, Firemen and Oilers Division as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent.
