INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (“RIDEM”), XXXXXXXXXX ENTERPRISES, L.L.C., XXXXXXX, INC. and 7- ELEVEN, INC. (collectively, “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondents on 27 February 2019.
INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and AP Enterprise, LLC, (“Respondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by the RIDEM on 30 April 2018.

INTENT & PURPOSE. 1.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Employer and the Union with respect to the bargaining unit as defined herein, to secure the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to promote the efficient operation of the Employer’s business. This Agreement shall be regarded as a complete and specific statement of the relationship between the Employer and the Union.
1.2 For the sake of simplicity, where the masculine term is used throughout this Agreement, it is understood to include both male and female genders.
1.3 It is agreed that neither party to this Agreement will enter into any agreement or contract with employees which conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
INTENT & PURPOSE. The purpose of this chapter is to establish and define development plans which may be utilized for a wide variety of planning related procedures. This subchapter outlines the content and procedure for submission, review and approval of all development plans required by the zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations unless another procedure or different contents are specified elsewhere in this subchapter.

Xxx Xxxxxxxx (“Respondents”) by RIDEM on 7 August 1978 and the alleged violations documented by RIDEM on 16 May 2018 under file OCI-FW-18-62.
INTENT & PURPOSE.
Section 1.1 It is the mutual intent and purpose of the parties to establish an entire agreement between the Employer and Union concerning rates of pay, hours of work, and such other terms and conditions of employment as are expressly covered by the provisions in this Agreement.
Section 1.2 It is the desire, purpose, and intent of the Employer and Union to establish a practical and sound business and economic relationship and orderly, peaceful, harmonious, respectful, and cooperative relations between the Employer, its employees, and the Union; to xxxxxx an atmosphere of trust, respect, and civility between the Employer, its employees, and the Union; to encourage an open dialogue with each other regarding issues relevant to the employees' work environment; to promote conditions of employment that contribute to the safety of employees and the protection of the Employer's property; to promote the efficiency, profitability, growth, and competitiveness of the Employer's operation and the opportunity for steady employment by continually improving the quality of the Employer's operations to exceed the ever-increasing expectations of the residents, patients, or their families; and to achieve uninterrupted operations and the highest levels of efficiency, productivity, and employee performance consistent with safety, health, and best efforts. The Employer and Union agree that they will individually endorse, support, and collectively cooperate with one another in the pursuit of these purposes and objectives.
Section 1.3 The Parties agree that when an employee's work duties bring him/her into contact with any residents, patients, or their families, the employee will be cooperative and do their utmost to present the best possible positive image of the Employer. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondent by the RIDEM on 4 August 2014.
INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (“RIDEM”) Office of Compliance & Inspection and the City of Cranston and Veolia Water North America Operating Services, LLC (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM on 9 June 2010.
INTENT & PURPOSE. It is the intent and purpose of the Board of Trustees that this Agreement set forth herein a basic policy covering certain bargaining rights between the Board of Trustees and the Service Employees International Union, Local 1, Firemen and Oilers Division as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent. The Board will negotiate with the Union on all matters of wages, hours and other conditions of employment as provided by the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. If the IELRA is repealed or amended as to exclude the scope of negotiations, the parties will negotiate all matters of wages, hours and other conditions of employment. All work assigned to employees of the College that has traditionally and historically been performed by the bargaining unit shall continue to be performed by the bargaining unit, as shall any new similar work assigned to any employee of the College.
