Intercompany Claims Settlement definition

Intercompany Claims Settlement means the settlement and compromise respecting Intercompany Claims on the terms set forth in Exhibit 1.1.122 to be filed with the Plan Supplement.
Intercompany Claims Settlement means the settlement and release agreement among the debtors in the Kaiser Cases and the Creditors' Committee, dated as of October 5, 2004, in such form as approved by the Intercompany Claims Settlement Order.
