Interconnection Queue Position definition

Interconnection Queue Position is the order of Seller’s valid request for interconnection relative to all other valid interconnection requests, as specified in Section 1.08.
Interconnection Queue Position means the CAISO-specified order of Seller’s valid request for interconnection relative to all other valid interconnection requests. The Facility queue number is Q1208.

Examples of Interconnection Queue Position in a sentence

  • If an Interconnection Customer disputes the withdrawal and loss of its Initial Queue Position or Interconnection Queue Position, then during Dispute Resolution, Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Request is eliminated from the applicable Queue until such time that the outcome of Dispute Resolution would restore its Initial Queue Position or Interconnection Queue Position.

  • Withdrawal shall result in the loss of Interconnection Customer's Initial Queue Position or Interconnection Queue Position, as applicable, and may result in the forfeiture of Financial Security deposits provided in Sections 8.2, 8.5.1, and 8.5.2 of the GIP, as applicable, subject to the Financial Security provisions in Section8.14 of the GIP.

  • To the extent the identified changes are acceptable to Transmission Provider and Interconnection Customer, such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld, Transmission Provider shall modify the Point of Interconnection and/or configuration in accordance with such changes and proceed with any re-studies necessary to do so in accordance with Section 8.8 of the GIP and Section 8.13 of the GIP as applicable and Interconnection Customer shall retain its Interconnection Queue Position or Initial Queue Position.

  • Seller shall not withdraw any Interconnection Queue Position related to the Project or assign or transfer that Interconnection Queue Position to any entity or for the benefit of any other agreement other than this Agreement without SCE’s prior written consent.

  • Execution of an Interim GIA and receipt of Interim Interconnection Service is an optional procedure and will not alter the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Queue Position.

  • Neither Seller nor Seller’s Affiliates may sell or transfer the Generating Facility, or any part thereof, or land rights or interests in the Site (including the Interconnection Queue Position) during the Restricted Period so long as the limitations contained in this Section 2.04(b) apply, unless the transferee agrees to be bound by the terms set forth in this Section 2.04(b) pursuant to a written agreement approved by SCE.

  • Interim Interconnection Service may be terminated at any point that a Generating Facility with an Interconnection Request that has a higher Interconnection Queue Position goes into Commercial Operation and Transmission Provider determines that Interim Interconnection Service and Interconnection Service cannot be provided to more than one Interconnection Customer simultaneously.

  • The E&P Agreement is an optional procedure and it will not alter the Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Queue Position or In-Service Date.

  • Seller must not (i) withdraw the Interconnection Queue Position identified in Section 1.08, (ii) assign or transfer that Interconnection Queue Position to any entity or (iii) utilize the Interconnection Queue Position for the benefit of any power purchase and sale agreement other than the Agreement, in each case, without SCE’s prior written consent.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Interconnector means a transmission line which crosses or spans a border between Member States for the purpose of connecting the national transmission system of those Member States or a transmission line between a Member State and a third country up to the territory of the Member States or the territorial sea of that Member State;

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service means interconnection service provided by Transmission Provider associated with interconnecting the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility to Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and enabling that Transmission System to receive electric energy and capacity from the Generating Facility at the Point of Interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the Interconnection Service Agreement and, if applicable, the Tariff.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
