District Manager means the District Manager of the appropriate local district office of the Ministry, where the
district heating or ‘district cooling’ means the distribution of thermal energy in the form of steam, hot water or chilled liquids, from a central source of production through a network to multiple buildings or sites, for the use of space or process heating or cooling;
District Office – means the office of the District as established by the Board.
Relevant Transfer means a transfer of employment to which the Employment Regulations applies;
Type III transfer means that term as defined under Section 3(c) of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;
District Property means all property owned by the District including, but not limited to, the Amenity Center, common areas, parking lots and ponds.
Public transit district means a public transit district organized under Title 17B, Chapter 2a, Part 8, Public Transit District Act.
School district of residence means the school district
District Engineer means the District Engineer of Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, and Sacramento Area Sewer District, or his designee.
Asset Transfer means a sale, lease or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company.
credit transfer means a payment service for crediting a payee’s payment account with a payment transaction or a series of payment transactions from a payer’s payment account by the payment service provider which holds the payer’s payment account, based on an instruction given by the payer;
Type II transfer means that phrase as defined by Section 3 of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
Exempt Transfer means, in relation to shares held by a member:
District coordinator means the state police emergency management division district coordinator.
Aviation district means all areas within the boundaries of the
Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.
Budget transfer means transfer of funding within a function / vote.
Technology Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
District and high school graduation rate means the annual completion and pupil dropout rate that is calculated by the center pursuant to nationally recognized standards.
District attorney means any of the following:
AT&T WEST REGION 2-STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in California and Nevada.
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.
Historic district means an area, or group of areas not necessarily having contiguous boundaries, that contains 1 resource or a group of resources that are related by history, architecture, archaeology, engineering, or culture.
District board means the board of directors of the district.
School District Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2)(d), a School District Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33(a) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2) governing the use and re-disclosure of personally identifiable information from student records. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.
