Interest Lien definition

Interest Lien means any claim, lien, pledge, charge, security interest, equitable interest, option, warrant, right of first refusal, restriction on use, voting, transfer, receipt of income or other attribute of ownership, or other encumbrance of any kind, affecting any Interest.
