Interest rate subsidy definition

Interest rate subsidy means the subsidy, expressed in percentage points, provided by the CWFP under ss. 281.58 and 281.59, Stats., to reduce the interest cost of loans provided to municipalities by the BCPL under ch. 24, Stats.
