Interest Rate Swap Rate definition

Interest Rate Swap Rate means, for any applicable period:
Interest Rate Swap Rate means the interest rate swap rate (calculated as of the date of prepayment in accordance with accepted financial practice and rounded to the nearest quarter-year), as reported in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15, Selected Interest Rates of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or any successor publication. If for any reason Release H.15 is no longer published, the Owner of the Series 2010C Certificates shall select a comparable publication to determine the Interest Rate Swap Rate.
Interest Rate Swap Rate means the Interest Rate Swap rate (calculated as of the date of prepayment in accordance with accepted financial practice and rounded to the nearest quarter-year), as reported in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15, Selected Interest Rates of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or any successor publication.   • The actual price is not fixed until Financial Close and can vary due to changes in finance costs, principally being the foreign exchange rate swap rate (“Forex Swap Rate”) and the interest rate swap rate (“Interest Rate Swap Rate”) (on the basis that the financing package for the Project requires a Forex Swap Rate and an Interest Rate Swap Rate in order to secure a fixed rate of borrowing over the life of the Contract).

Related to Interest Rate Swap Rate

  • Interest Rate Swap means any interest rate swap transaction entered into pursuant to the Agreement between Party A and Party B as evidenced by a Confirmation;

  • Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Determination Date and subject to Condition 4(b)(ii), either:

  • Interest Rate Swap Agreement means the agreement(s) (including any further replacement agreements) entered into between the Guarantor LP and the Interest Rate Swap Provider(s) in the form of an ISDA Master Agreement, as the same may be amended, varied, supplemented, restated or extended from time to time, including a schedule and confirmations in relation to each Tranche or Series of Covered Bonds;

  • Swap Rate means a charge by the Company for the interest cost and associated costs (positive or negative) incurred in relation to the overnight rollover (s) of an open position;

  • Interest Rate Cap means any interest rate cap transaction entered into pursuant to the Agreement between Party A and Party B as evidenced by a Confirmation;

  • Floating Interest Rate means the variable annual interest rate calculated for each Interest Adjustment Period so as to equal the Index Rate for such Interest Adjustment Period (truncated at the 5th decimal place if necessary) plus the Margin. However, in no event will the Floating Interest Rate exceed the Capped Interest Rate.

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period and the Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date in relation to such Reset Interest Period:

  • Interest Rate Contract means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate floor agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate option or any other agreement regarding the hedging of interest rate risk exposure executed in connection with hedging the interest rate exposure of any Person and any confirming letter executed pursuant to such agreement, all as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • REMIC Swap Rate For each Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), a per annum rate equal to the product of: (i) the “Rate of Payment (%)” under the Swap Agreement for such Distribution Date, as set forth in Annex D to the Prospectus Supplement, (ii) 2, and (iii) the quotient of (a) the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period divided by (b) 30.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).

  • Interest Rates means the interest rates provided for in Sections 2.11 and 2.12 of the Credit Agreement.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Interest Rate Cap Provider if any, shall mean the entity listed as the Interest Rate Cap Provider in the Series Term Sheet, in its capacity as obligor under the Class Interest Rate Caps, or if any Replacement Class Interest Rate Caps or Qualified Substitute Cap Arrangements are obtained pursuant to Section 15, the obligor with respect to such Replacement Class Interest Rate Caps or Qualified Substitute Cap Arrangements.

  • Then-Current Interest Rate means the most recently published Xxxxxxx Mac survey rate for 30-year fixed-rate loans.

  • Adjusted Interest Rate is defined in Section 1.2(e).

  • Bond Interest Rate means, with respect to any Tranche of Storm Recovery Bonds, the rate at which interest accrues on the Storm Recovery Bonds of such Series or Tranche, as specified in the Series Supplement.

  • Interest Rate Contracts means all interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, interest rate collar agreements and interest rate insurance.

  • LIBOR Interest Rate means the rate per year (rounded upward to the next one-sixteenth (1/16th) of one percent (0.0625%), if necessary) determined by CNB to be the quotient of (a) the LIBOR Base Rate divided by (b) one minus the Eurocurrency Reserve Requirement for the Interest Period; which is expressed by the following formula: LIBOR Base Rate

  • Interest Rate Agreement means with respect to any Person any interest rate protection agreement, interest rate future agreement, interest rate option agreement, interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate hedge agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement as to which such Person is party or a beneficiary.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.
