Interest Swap and Hedging Obligations definition

Interest Swap and Hedging Obligations means the obligations of any Person under any interest rate protection agreement, interest rate future agreement, interest rate option agreement, interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement or other interest rate hedge agreement, interest rate collar agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement to which such Person is a party or beneficiary.
Interest Swap and Hedging Obligations means any obligations of any Person pursuant to any interest rate swaps, caps, collars and similar arrangements providing protection against fluctuations in interest rates. For purposes of this Agreement, the amount of such obligations shall be the amount determined in respect thereof as of the end of the then most recently ended fiscal quarter of such Person, based on the assumption that such obligation had terminated at the end of such fiscal quarter, and in making such determination, if any agreement relating to such obligation provides for the netting of amounts payable by and to such Person thereunder or if any such agreement provides for the simultaneous payment of amounts by and to such Person, then in each such case, the amount of such obligations shall be the net amount so determined, plus any premium due upon default by such Person.
Interest Swap and Hedging Obligations means any obligation of any Person pursuant to any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate exchange agreement, currency exchange agreement or any other agreement or arrangement designed to protect against fluctuations in interest rates or currency values, including, without limitation, any arrangement whereby, directly or indirectly, such Person is entitled to receive from time to time periodic payments calculated by applying either a fixed or floating rate of interest on a stated notional amount in exchange for periodic payment made by such Person calculated by applying a fixed or floating rate of interest on the same notional amount.

Interest Swap and Hedging Obligations means any obligations of any Person pursuant to any interest rate swaps, caps, collars and similar arrangements providing protection against fluctuations in interest rates.
