Floating Rate of Interest definition

Floating Rate of Interest means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of a Floating Rate Note or during the Floating Interest Rate Period in respect of a Fixed/Floating Rate Note and that is either specified in the relevant Pricing Schedule or calculated in accordance with the provisions in the relevant Pricing Schedule.
Floating Rate of Interest means in respect of the Floating Rate Senior Notes all or any of the following: the Class A-1 Floating Rate of Interest, the Class A-2E Floating Rate of Interest, the Class A-4 Floating Rate of Interest and the Class B Floating Rate of Interest, as applicable; and
Floating Rate of Interest means the sum of the MCLR or External Benchmark Rate plus Spread applied by the Bank on the Facility, as may be decided by the Bank from time to time, pursuant to the Facility Agreement.

  • The determination of the relevant Floating Rate of Interest and the Floating Interest Amount by the Reference Agent shall (in the absence of manifest error) be final and binding on all parties.

  • In such circumstances, neither the Calculation Agent nor the Trustee shall have any obligation to determine the Floating Rate of Interest on any other basis.

Floating Rate of Interest means the sum of the MCLR or EBLR plus Spread applied by USFB on the Loan, as per the Agreement, which is subject to review by USFB from time to time.
