Interim Supply Period definition

Interim Supply Period means, for a Supply Point, the period (if any) from the Actual Supply Start Date until: (subject to sub-paragraph (ii) below) the Supply Start Date for the First Procurement Round; or (ii) in the case of a Customer adding an additional Supply Point, the Supply Start Date for the Procurement Year relating to the first Procurement Round following the date on which that Supply Point is added to this Agreement.
Interim Supply Period has the meaning given to it in the Framework Agreement. Interruption the interruption of the offtake of natural gas from Metering Point(s) in accordance with Clause 39 and “Interrupt” shall be construed accordingly.
Interim Supply Period has the meaning set forth in Section 8(c)(1) of this Agreement.

Examples of Interim Supply Period in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that for the Interim Supply Period, the Supplier may: supply to a New Customer (and such New Customer may receive); or supply to an Existing Customer or a New Customer at a new Supply Point at an existing Site or a new Site (and such Customer may receive at such Supply Points), natural gas on an interim basis (“Interim Supply”) pursuant to the Customer Contract.

  • Within ten (10) Working Days of the date on which a New Customer enters into a Customer Access Agreement with the Authority, the Authority shall provide the Supplier with: an instruction requiring the Supplier to enter into a Supply Contract with the New Customer; the Managed Registration Information for the New Customer; and the Interim Supply Period, if the New Customer wishes to take electricity on an interim basis.

  • Within ten (10) working days of the Customer notifying the Authority of a new Supply Point, the Authority shall provide the Supplier with: an instruction requesting the Supplier to register a new Supply Point with the New Customer; the Managed Registration Information for the New Customer; and the Interim Supply Period, if the New Customer wishes to take electricity on an interim basis.

  • For a Committed Customer wishing to be supplied electricity on an Interim Supply basis, the Parties shall seek to agree the Interim Price to apply before the start of the Interim Supply Period of that Customer.

  • If the Customer adds a Supply Point the Customer shall pay the Supplier the Interim Price in respect of Interim Supply to the Supply Points during the Interim Supply Period.

  • For the Interim Supply Period, the Supplier may supply to Contracted Customers (and Contracted Customers may receive) natural gas on an interim basis (“Interim Supply”) pursuant to the relevant Customer Contract.

  • For a Committed Customer wishing to be supplied electricity on an Interim Supply basis, the Parties shall agree the Interim Price applicable before the start of the Interim Supply Period of that Customer.

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that, for any Interim Supply Period the: relevant Supplier may supply Energy Products on an interim basis pursuant to the relevant Customer Contract; and Authority may (and the Customer authorises the Authority to) agree the Interim Price with the Supplier on behalf of the Customer in accordance with the applicable Framework Agreement.

  • If the Customer adds a Supply Point after the Price Setting Round Commitment Point in respect of the relevant Supply Year, then the Customer shall pay the Supplier the Interim Price in respect of Interim Supply to such Supply Points during the Interim Supply Period, including any discount equivalent to those offered by the Supplier to the Customer under Clause 8.


More Definitions of Interim Supply Period

Interim Supply Period has the meaning set out in the applicable Customer Contract. Last Order Date in relation to each Energy Product Basket, the date described at Clause 3.1. Managed Registration Information the information provided by the Authority to the Supplier in relation to each Supply Point, and pursuant to the applicable Framework Agreement, to enable the Supplier to register the relevant Supply Point. Meter has the meaning given to it in the relevant Customer Contract.
Interim Supply Period has the meaning given to it in the Framework Agreement.
Interim Supply Period means, for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Supplier becoming Registered for that Supply Point and ending at the Supply Start Date of the first Electricity Product for which the Customer is a Committed Customer in respect of that Supply Point.

Related to Interim Supply Period

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Interim Period has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Initial Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the date of expiry set out in clause A2 (Initial Contract Period), or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.

CERTIFICATIONS: Notwithstanding verbal or other representations by the parties, the “Effective Date” of this Contract or Amendment shall be the latest date that this Contract or Amendment has been executed by an authorized signatory of the Contractor, the Department, or a later Contract or Amendment Start Date specified above, subject to any required approvals. The Contractor certifies that they have accessed and reviewed all documents incorporated by reference as electronically published and the Contractor makes all certifications required under the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications under the pains and penalties of perjury, and further agrees to provide any required documentation upon request to support compliance, and agrees that all terms governing performance of this Contract and doing business in Massachusetts are attached or incorporated by reference herein according to the following hierarchy of document precedence, the applicable Commonwealth Terms and Conditions, this Standard Contract Form, the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications, the Request for Response (RFR) or other solicitation, the Contractor’s Response (excluding any language stricken by a Department as unacceptable, and additional negotiated terms, provided that additional negotiated terms will take precedence over the relevant terms in the RFR and the Contractor’s Response only if made using the process outlined in 801 CMR 21.07, incorporated herein, provided that any amended RFR or Response terms result in best value, lower costs, or a more cost effective Contract.
