Intermediary Contract definition

Intermediary Contract means each intermediary terms of business agreement between the Transferor and an Intermediary relating to the Transferred Business;
Intermediary Contract means a kind of agricultural production contract made by person on behalf of the producer with the contractor;
Intermediary Contract means each of the agreements or master agreements, including any agreements related to a Wrap Program or managed account program, set forth on Section 1.1(b) of the Seller Disclosure Schedules.

The term “Related Party Contract” does not include retail purchases made in the ordinary course of business or payments for utility services.

  • Affiliate Contract means any contract or agreement between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (including the Partnership Group), on the one hand, and any Member or Members or any Affiliate or Affiliates of Members, on the other hand.

  • Eligible Contract means a currently effective written contract between Bank and a Subcustodian satisfying the requirements of paragraph (c)(2) of Rule 17f-5 (including any amendments thereto or successor provisions).

  • Cash Management Document means any certificate, agreement or other document executed by any Loan Party in respect of the Cash Management Obligations of any Loan Party.

  • Management Services Agreements means, collectively, (i) the Management Services Agreement, dated as of August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Investments Corp. and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto and (ii) the Management Services Agreement, dated as August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Energy Australia Pty Ltd and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto, in each case, as amended, modified or replaced from time to time so long as the amended, modified or new arrangements, taken as a whole at the time such arrangements are entered into, are not materially less favorable to the Main Issuer and its Subsidiaries than those in effect on the Issue Date.
