International Business Day definition

International Business Day means, in relation to an International Payment, a Business Day which is also a day on which payments can be made in the payment centre of the currency of the International Payment.
International Business Day means a day other than Saturday, Sunday or other day on which commercial banks in New York, New York, San Francisco, California, London, United Kingdom, Luxembourg or Germany are authorized or required by Law to be closed.
International Business Day means any day on which banks in London and New York City are open for the transaction of international business.
