International Simple Voice Resale Services definition

International Simple Voice Resale Services means telecommunication services consisting in the conveyance of Messages which include two-way live speech which have been or are to be conveyed by means of all of the following:
International Simple Voice Resale Services means telecommunication services consisting in the conveyance of Messages which include two-way live speech which have been or are to be conveyed by means of all of the following: (i) a Public Switched Network; (ii) an International Private Leased Circuit; and (iii) the equivalent of a Public Switched Network in another country or territory; provided that conveyance of a Message by means of a Public Switched Network or, as the case may be, the equivalent of a Public Switched Network in another country or territory shall be disregarded where that Message is so conveyed in circumstances specified for the time being by the Secretary of State as not being material for the purposes of paragraph 3 and included in a list kept for the purpose by the Director and made available by him for inspection by the general public;

  • International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization;

Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:

  • International airport means an airport:

  • Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

  • Aeronautics ’ means the science and art of flight.

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.
