International Sublimit definition

International Sublimit means a sublimit for foreign exchange services and export, import, and standby letters of credit under the Revolving Line not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000).
International Sublimit means a sublimit for export related foreign exchange services, commercial letters of credit, and standby letters of credit under the EXIM Line not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000).
International Sublimit means a sublimit for foreign exchange services and export, import, and standby letters of credit under the Revolving Line pursuant to Section 2.1(c).

Examples of International Sublimit in a sentence

  • The FX Amount shall at all times be equal to or less than the International Sublimit less the face amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, and availability under the Revolving Line shall be reduced by the FX Amount.

  • If the aggregate amount of the outstanding Advances plus the amount of services provided under the Cash Management Sublimit plus the aggregate amounts outstanding under the International Sublimit exceeds the lesser of the Revolving Line or the Borrowing Base at any time, Borrower shall immediately pay to Bank, in cash, the amount of such excess.

  • Borrowers shall maintain at all times a ratio of Borrowers’ unrestricted cash maintained in accounts at Bank plus Eligible Export-Related Accounts to all Obligations owing to Bank with respect to the EXIM Facility (including under the International Sublimit) of at least 1.50 to 1.00.
