Internet Data Center Services definition

Internet Data Center Services means the services and other benefits to be provided by Exodus to Customer under this Agreement, as described in Attachment ---------- 1, as amended from time to time, or substantially similar services if, in the - reasonable opinion of Exodus, such substantially similar services would provide Customer with substantially similar benefits.
Internet Data Center Services means services such as hosting, co- location and content distribution for the Internet.

Examples of Internet Data Center Services in a sentence

  • Exodus' scheduled maintenance of the Internet Data Centers and Internet Data Center Services, as described in the Rules and Regulations, shall not be deemed to be a failure of Exodus to provide Internet Data Center Services.

  • In the event that Customer orders additional Internet Data Center Services, billing for such services shall commence on the date Exodus first provides such additional Internet Data Center Services to Customer or as otherwise agreed to by Customer and Exodus.

  • Customer will be billed monthly in advance of the provision of Internet Data Center Services, and payment of such fees will be due within thirty (30) days of the date of each Exodus invoice.

  • Customer may not at any time permit any Internet Data Center Services to be utilized for the provision of any services that compete with any Exodus services, without Exodus' prior written consent.

  • Customer acknowledges that Exodus exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through its sites containing the Customer Area and equipment and facilities used by Exodus to provide Internet Data Center Services ("Internet Data Centers"), and that it is the sole responsibility of Customer to ensure that the information it transmits and receives complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • In the event of any breach, or reasonably anticipated breach, of any of the foregoing warranties, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, Exodus will have the right immediately, in Exodus' sole discretion, to suspend any related Internet Data Center Services if deemed reasonably necessary by Exodus to prevent any harm to Exodus and its business.

  • If in its judgment Exodus determines that Customer is not creditworthy or is otherwise not financially secure, Exodus may, upon written notice to Customer, modify the payment terms to require full payment before the provision of Internet Data Center Services or other assurances to secure Customer's payment obligations hereunder.

  • Customer will be fully responsible for any charges, costs, expenses (other than those included in the Internet Data Center Services), and third party claims that may result from its use of, or access to, the Internet Data Centers and/or the Customer Area including but not limited to any unauthorized use of any access devices provided by Exodus hereunder.

  • Customer agrees that Customer will comply at all times with all applicable laws and regulations and Exodus' general rules and regulations relating to its provision of Internet Data Center Services, as updated by Exodus from time to time ("Rules and Regulations").

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, Exodus will provide to Customer the services described in the Internet Data Center Services Order Form(s) ("IDC Services Order Form(s)") accepted by Exodus, or substantially similar services if such substantially similar services would provide Customer with substantially similar benefits ("Internet Data Center Services").

Related to Internet Data Center Services

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • Computer services means providing services consisting of specifying computer hardware configurations and evaluating technical processing characteristics, computer programming, and training of computer programmers and operators, provided in conjunction with and to support the sale, lease, or operation of taxable computer equipment or systems.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • water services means water supply services and sanitation services;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.
