Internet Trading Platform definition

Internet Trading Platform or “ITP” shall mean all programs and technology that present quotes in real- time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of Orders and calculate all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company. A Internet Trading Platform consists of a Server and Client Terminal.

  • All copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property rights in the FXDD Internet Trading Platform (“FITP”), an online trading system, or such other platforms as FXDD may provide, shall remain at all times the sole, exclusive and absolute property of FXDD or FXDirectDealer, LLC as the case may be and Customer shall have no right or interest in the FITP except for the right to access and use the FITP as specified herein.

  • All communications sent to the Client shall be deemed delivered, at the time of delivery if sent by email, fax, by hand delivery or notified through the Internet Trading Platform or within 2 (two) business days if posted by courier.

  • Customer will not publish, distribute, or otherwise make any information available to third parties derived from or relating to the FXDD Internet Trading Platform.

  • Customer agrees to be responsible for any transaction instruction received by FXDD either electronically via an FXDD approved Internet Trading Platform or orally via the telephone or via any other communicative means available that has been approved by FXDD for Customer’s use.

  • Customer agrees to be responsible for any transaction instruction received by Service Provider either electronically via the Service Provider Internet Trading Platform.

  • Customer’s Account statements will be available online in the Reports section of the Service Provider Internet Trading Platform.

  • FXDD does not warrant that deals done over the telephone will be done at prices that mirror the prices displayed electronically at that time over the FXDD Internet Trading Platform.
