Inuring Reinsurance Recoveries means all amounts received by or on behalf of the Company on or after the Effective Time under the Inuring Reinsurance to the extent related to the Covered Contracts, including all recoveries, returns, amounts in respect of profit sharing, allowances and all other sums to which the Company is entitled under the Inuring Reinsurance.
