Invention definition

Invention means any invention, idea, discovery, development, improvement or innovation, whether or not patentable or capable of registration, and whether or not recorded in any medium.
Invention means any invention, discovery, idea, device, design, original works of authorship, and any other proprietary information, which is/are created, made, conceived, invented, developed, discovered, or reduced to practice as a result of or in the course of the Collaborative Research.
