Inverted Lease Opco definition

Inverted Lease Opco means each entity designated as an “Inverted Lease Opco” by the Borrower on Schedule 5.03(e), as such schedule may be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.05(e).

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner.   • Liquidated Lease means a 2016-B Lease that is terminated and charged off by the Servicer prior to its Maturity Date following a default thereunder.

  • Consolidated Lease Expense for any period, the aggregate amount of fixed and contingent rentals payable by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period with respect to leases of real and personal property, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Approved Lease means (a) each existing Lease as of the Closing Date as set forth in the Leasing Affidavit and (b) each Lease entered into after the Closing Date in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Section 9.09 as such leases and related documents shall be Modified as permitted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Operating Lease of a Person means any lease of Property (other than a Capitalized Lease) by such Person as lessee which has an original term (including any required renewals and any renewals effective at the option of the lessor) of one year or more.

  • Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.

  • Financing Lease any lease of property, real or personal, the obligations of the lessee in respect of which are required in accordance with GAAP to be capitalized on a balance sheet of the lessee.

  • New Leases means, collectively, any lease for space at the Property entered into between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date.

  • Master Leases refers to the four second amended and restated master lease agreements, dated as of April 27, 2007, by and among the Operating Partnership and Kindred Healthcare, Inc. and Kindred Healthcare Operating, Inc.

  • Recorded Leasehold Interest means a Leasehold Property with respect to which a Record Document has been recorded in all places necessary or desirable, in the Collateral Agent’s reasonable judgment, to give constructive notice of such Leasehold Property to third-party purchasers and encumbrances of the affected real property.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).
