Invested Amounts definition
Invested Amounts means the amounts invested by investors that are not Affiliates of the Company in connection with any receivables securitization program and paid to the Company or its Subsidiaries, as reduced by the aggregate amounts received by such investors from the payment of receivables and applied to reduce such invested amounts.
Invested Amounts means the amounts invested by investors, other than Affiliates of the Borrowers, in connection with receivables securitization programs to which accounts receivable originated by the U.S. Borrower or its Subsidiaries are subject, where such invested amounts are in part reduced by the aggregate amounts received by such investors from the payment of amounts owing in connection with such accounts receivable originated by the U.S. Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
Invested Amounts means the aggregate outstanding principal balance of Investments, as reduced from time to time by amounts paid to the applicable Purchaser(s) holding such Investments pursuant to Clause 2.4 (Repayment of Investments and Yield) of the Receivables Transfer Agreement, as applicable; provided that if such Invested Amount shall have been reduced by any payment and thereafter all or a portion of such payment is rescinded or must be returned for any reason, such Invested Amount shall be increased by the amount of such rescinded or returned payment, as though it had not been received by such Purchaser(s).
