Investment Component definition

Investment Component means a notional portfolio of Reference Shares the composition of which reflects (i) a notional investment by the Issuer of the amounts equivalent to the Net Issue Proceeds in the Reference Shares and (ii) a notional divestment of any amounts equivalent to cash outflows as a result of redemption of the Linked Notes or the payment of costs and expenses of the Issuer, as reported by the Issuer to the Calculation and Paying Agent immediately before each Calculation Day.
