Investment Earnings Account definition

Investment Earnings Account means the account of that name established within the Earnings Fund pursuant to Section 3.06 hereof.
Investment Earnings Account means the account so designated which is held by the Trustee within the Fund and is established pursuant to section 201 of this resolution.
Investment Earnings Account means the account within the Project Fund so designated and established by the Applicable Supplemental Resolution for a particular Series of Obligations and complying with the provisions of Article V hereof.

  • The Director of Finance shall transfer into and pay from the Series 2022 Excess Investment Earnings Account hereby created within the Wastewater Fund the amount of required arbitrage rebate, if any, due to the federal government pursuant to Section 148(f)(2) of the Tax Code, and the applicable Treasury regulations (the “Regulations”) promulgated thereunder.

  • The various accounts assigned to each fund could include any of the following depending upon the terms of the related debt obligation: Principal Account, Interest Account, Student Loan Account, Repayment Account, Debt Service Reserve Account, Investment Earnings Account, Rebate Account and General Investment Account.

  • The amounts, if any, in the Series 2022 Excess Investment Earnings Account are hereby appropriated for such purposes.

  • The moneys credited to the Principal and Interest Account, excluding investment earnings that may be required to be deposited in the Excess Investment Earnings Account or rebated to the federal government, shall be used to pay the Debt Service Requirements of the Bonds, any Additional Parity Bonds and any other Parity Securities then Outstanding, as such Debt Service Requirements become due, except as otherwise provided in this Ordinance.

  • All amounts in the Excess Investment Earnings Account, including income earned from investment thereof, shall be held by the Treasurer free and clear of any lien created by this Ordinance.

  • The Enterprise will cause amounts on deposit in the Excess Investment Earnings Account to be forwarded to the United States Treasury at the address and times provided in the Tax Certificate, and in the amounts calculated to ensure that the Enterprise’s rebate obligations are met.

  • Such Rebate Amounts shall be deposited annually in the Excess Investment Earnings Account created pursuant to the provisions of Section 804 of the Indenture.

Related to Investment Earnings Account

  • Investment Earnings means, with respect to any Payment Date, the investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on amounts on deposit in the Trust Accounts to be deposited into the Collection Account on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 5.01(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Net Investment Earnings With respect to the Certificate Account, the Servicing Accounts or the REO Account or Companion Distribution Account for any period from any Distribution Date to the immediately succeeding P&I Advance Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of all interest and other income realized during such period on funds relating to the Trust Fund held in such account, exceeds the aggregate of all losses, if any, incurred during such period in connection with the investment of such funds in accordance with Section 3.06.

  • Earnings Account means, in relation to a Ship, an account in the name of the Owner owning that Ship with the Agent in Hamburg designated “[name of relevant Owner]—Earnings Account” or any other account (with that or another office of the Agent) which replaces such account and is designated by the Agent as that Earnings Account for the purposes of this Agreement and, in the plural, means all of them;

  • Earnings Accounts means the bank accounts of each of the Obligors from time to time each of which shall be held with the Agent or any of the Agent’s corresponding banks and to which all the Earnings and any proceeds of the Insurances shall be paid.

  • Finance Charge Account is defined in Section 4.9(a).

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Special Payments Account means the Eligible Deposit Account created pursuant to Section 2.2 as a sub-account to the Collection Account.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Buydown Fund Account A separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.02 (a) with the corporate trust department of the Trustee or another financial institution approved by the Master Servicer, (b) within FDIC insured accounts (or other accounts with comparable insurance coverage acceptable to the Rating Agencies) created, maintained and monitored by a Servicer or (c) in a separate non-trust account without FDIC or other insurance in an Eligible Institution. Such account or accounts may be non-interest bearing or may bear interest. In the event that a Buydown Fund Account is established pursuant to clause (b) of the preceding sentence, amounts held in such Buydown Fund Account shall not exceed the level of deposit insurance coverage on such account; accordingly, more than one Buydown Fund Account may be established.
