Examples of Investment Earnings in a sentence
To the extent that any such amount shall be held in any account held by U.S. Bank National Association, the Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, or otherwise established hereunder, such amount will be withdrawn therefrom and paid to the Servicer upon presentation of a certificate signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer setting forth, in reasonable detail, the amount of such Investment Earnings or Supplemental Servicing Fees.
The Servicer shall also be entitled to Investment Earnings as, and to the extent, set forth herein and in the Further Transfer Agreements.
As compensation therefor, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to such compensation (whether payable out of the Collection Account or otherwise) as the Servicer would have been entitled to under this Agreement if no such notice of termination had been given including the Basic Servicing Fee, Investment Earnings and Supplemental Servicing Fees.
Interest and investment income realized on funds deposited in the REO Account or any Servicing Account maintained by or for the Special Servicer, to the extent of the Net Investment Earnings, if any, with respect to such account for each period from and including any Distribution Date to and including the immediately succeeding P&I Advance Date, shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Special Servicer and shall be subject to its withdrawal in accordance with Section 3.14(c).
Investment Earnings on funds deposited in the Designated Accounts shall be payable to the Servicer.
