Investment Grade Obligations definition

Investment Grade Obligations means, as of any date, investments having an NAIC investment rating of 1 or 2, or a Standard & Poor's rating within the range of ratings from AAA to BBB-, or a Xxxxx'x rating within the range of ratings from Aaa to Baa3.
Investment Grade Obligations means an investment instrument suitable for purchase by institutional investors under the prudent person rule. Investment grade is restricted to those rated BBB or higher by a credit rating agency.
