Investment Grade Person definition

Investment Grade Person means a Person that has issued unsecured senior debt that has at least two of the following ratings on the date the transaction constituting a Change in Control is consummated:
Investment Grade Person means (a) a Person that has a long term issuer corporate credit rating or long-term unsecured debt rating of “BBB-” or higher from Standard & Poor’s or Fitch, or “Baa3” or higher from Xxxxx’x Investor Service Inc., or (b) an Affiliate of such Person whose obligations under this Lease are guaranteed by such Person.
Investment Grade Person means, with respect to any Equity Interests of the Parent, a Person that has, at the time it acquires such Equity Interests or the power to vote or direct the voting of such Equity Interests, issued unsecured senior debt (that is not guaranteed or supported by third-party credit enhancement) that has (a) a rating from S&P of A or above and (b) a rating from Moody’s of A2 or above.

Examples of Investment Grade Person in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, for so long as (a) an Ultra Entity Person, or (b) an Investment Grade Person is the Lessee under this Lease, then in any such case all insurance policies may have such deductibles and self-insured retention amounts as Lessee deems reasonable.
