Investment Questionnaire definition

Investment Questionnaire means a series of questions concerning potential Client’s financial background, trading experience, knowledge plans and investment goals.

  • You confirm that all information that you provide in your Client Investment Questionnaire is true and accurate.

  • Save in respect of investment products that are subject to different terms and conditions that expressly exclude these terms, these terms apply to all our clients in relation to all their respective Accounts and, in the case of new Accounts, the agreement (including these terms) will take effect as soon as we have accepted the Client Registration Form in relation to your Account and, where applicable, your Client Investment Questionnaire (see Part B below).

  • We will not be able to undertake any transactions for your Account until you have completed and signed both your Client Registration Form and your Client Investment Questionnaire.

  • Your Client Investment Questionnaire is designed to provide us with information about your financial circumstances, investment objectives, attitude to risk and time horizon and (in the case of individual clients) your age and state of health, in order to enable us to provide investment advice to you or to exercise investment discretion on your behalf.

  • In managing your Portfolio, we will pay due consideration to your particular needs, having taken into account your preferences and objectives, your ability to tolerate losses and your knowledge and experience, based primarily on the information set out in your Client Investment Questionnaire.

Related to Investment Questionnaire

  • Collateral Questionnaire means a certificate in form satisfactory to Collateral Agent that provides information with respect to the personal or mixed property of each Credit Party.

  • Accredited Investor Questionnaire means the Accredited Investor Questionnaire set forth as Exhibit C-1 hereto.

  • Questionnaire shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Notice and Questionnaire means a Notice of Registration Statement and Selling Securityholder Questionnaire substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

  • Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.

  • Form of Assignment and Transfer means the “Form of Assignment and Transfer” attached as Attachment 3 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.

  • Investment Summary means the agreed upon cost proposal for the products and services attached as Exhibit A.

  • Assignment Details Form means written confirmation of the assignment details to be given to the Agency Worker upon acceptance of the Assignment;

  • Representation Letter Letters to, or agreements with, the Depository to effectuate a book entry system with respect to the Class A Certificates registered in the Register under the nominee name of the Depository.

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties. If there is no such Form of acceptance, the expression “Form of Acceptance” means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuing or receiving the Form of Acceptance means the date of signing the Contract Agreement.
