Investment Schedule definition

Investment Schedule means the consolidated schedule of investments set forth in the financial statements of the Borrower most recently delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a) or (b) or, following the Effective Date but prior to the first such delivery, the consolidated schedule of investments set forth in the draft financial statements of the Borrower attached to the draft report to be filed by the Borrower with the SEC on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018 delivered to the Administrative Agent prior to the Effective Date.

Investment Schedule shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.5.

Investment Schedule means the anticipated schedule of Development Payments, listed on a Fiscal Quarter-by-Fiscal Quarter basis on Exhibit D.

Investment Schedule means the funding to the Recipient from time to time allocated by the Province to be provided to the Recipient by the Administrator pursuant to this Agreement;
