Investor Certificate Rate definition

Investor Certificate Rate. With respect to each Interest Period, a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the sum of (a) LIBOR as of the second LIBOR Business Day prior to the first day of such Interest Period plus (b) 0.26% per annum and (ii) the Net Funds Cap Rate for such Interest Period.
