Investor Holder definition

Investor Holder means the holder of record of an Investor Certificate.

Investor Holder means (a) with respect to the Class A Certificates, the holder of record of a Class A Certificate, (b) with respect to the Class B Certificates, the holder of record of a Class B Certificate and (c) with respect to the Collateral Interest, the Collateral Interest Holder.

Investor Holder means Oaktree Capital Management, L.P, Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, LLC and each of their successors and Affiliates (including any investment funds or entities managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P and its Affiliates).

Examples of Investor Holder in a sentence

• The Company agrees to include in any such Registration Statement all information which any selling Investor Holder, upon advice of counsel, shall reasonably request.

• The Company will give each Investor, Holder and any underwriter, and their respective counsel and accountants (at the Investor's, Holder's or underwriter's sole expense), a reasonable opportunity to review, comment upon and participate in the preparation of the Registration Statement, each prospectus included therein or filed with the SEC, and each amendment thereof or supplement thereto.

• At the option of an Investor Holder, Investor Certificates may be exchanged for other Investor Certificates of the same Series in authorized denominations of like aggregate Undivided Interests, upon surrender of the Investor Certificates to be exchanged at any such office or agency.

• Unless otherwise provided with respect to any Series in the related Supplement, a copy of such report may be obtained by any Investor Holder by a request in writing to Trustee addressed to the Corporate Trust Office.

Investor Holder means any holder of outstanding Investor Registrable Shares.
