Class A Holder definition

Class A Holder means the Person in whose name a Class A Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register.

• In the event a Class A Holder sells the Offered Units to a Third Party Purchaser under the provisions of this Section 12.12, then the Offered Units transferred to the Third Party Purchaser shall be subject to all the provisions of this Agreement.

Class A Holder and "Class B Holder" in Section 1.1.
