Investor Ordinary Shares means the Ordinary Shares held by the Investors on the date hereof.

  • If any portion of the Commitment Fee is to be paid in Ordinary Shares (such shares, the “Commitment Shares”), the Company will issue to the Investor Ordinary Shares promptly after the applicable payment date in an amount equal to the portion of the Commitment Fee to be paid in Ordinary Shares divided by the VWAP for the Trading Day immediately prior to the applicable payment date.
