Investor Principal. Collections shall mean, as of any Allocation Day, the sum of (a) the FBC Principal Collections and (b) the Subordinated Principal Collections, in each case, determined for such day.

Examples of Investor Principal in a sentence

  • For each Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Rapid Amortization Period, any such Unallocated Principal Collections held in the Principal Account on such Transfer Date shall be included in the Investor Principal Collections which to the extent available shall be distributed as Available Investor Principal Collections to be applied pursuant to Section 4.09 on such Transfer Date.

  • During the Accumulation Period, the portion of Available Investor Principal Collections not applied to Class A Monthly Principal, Class B Monthly Principal or CIA Monthly Principal on a Transfer Date will generally be treated as Excess Principal Collections.

  • For each Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Rapid Accumulation Period or the Rapid Amortization Period, any such Unallocated Principal Collections held in the Principal Account on such Transfer Date shall be included in the Investor Principal Collections which to the extent available shall be distributed as Available Investor Principal Collections to be applied pursuant to Section 4.09 on such Transfer Date.

  • During the Accumulation Period, the portion of Available Investor Principal Collections not applied to Class A Monthly Principal, Class B Monthly Principal or Excess Collateral Monthly Principal on a Transfer Date will generally be treated as Excess Principal Collections.

  • Principal Collections allocated to the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement in excess of the Investor Principal Collections shall be treated as Shared Principal Collections.

  • During the Rapid Amortization Period, in addition to the Note Interest Amount, principal will be distributed to the Certificateholder on each Distribution Date to the extent of Available Investor Principal Collections until the Certificate has been paid in full.

  • Note A-2 Principal Balance” set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, less any payments of principal on Note A-2 received by the Note A-2 Holder or reductions in the principal balance thereof pursuant to Section 3 or 4, as applicable.

  • Senior Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Senior Percentage of all amounts described in subclauses (a) through (d) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date, (ii) with respect to any Mortgage Loan that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the Senior Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan and (y) either (A) the Senior Prepayment Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the amount of the Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal received on the Mortgage Loan or (B), if an Excess Loss was sustained with respect to such Liquidated Mortgage Loan during such preceding calendar month, the Senior Percentage of the amount of the Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal received with respect to such Mortgage Loan, and (iii) the sum of (x) the Senior Prepayment Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the amounts described in subclause (f) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date, and (y) the Senior Prepayment Percentage of any Subsequent Recoveries described in clause (ii) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that if a Bankruptcy Loss that is an Excess Loss is sustained with respect to a Mortgage Loan that is not a Liquidated Mortgage Loan, the Senior Principal Distribution Amount will be reduced on the related Distribution Date by the Senior Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the principal portion of such Bankruptcy Loss.

  • Investor means the Buyer, any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a Buyer assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement, and any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a transferee or assignee assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Liquidation Principal The principal portion of Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to each Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan (but not in excess of the principal balance thereof) during the Prior Period.

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.11 are required to fund the Class A Note Interest Requirement, the Class B Note Interest Requirement and the Net Investor Servicing Fee, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2003-1 in accordance with subsection 4.12(b).

  • Senior Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event has not occurred with respect to such Distribution Date, will be the amount, if any, by which (x) the Class Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 57.40% and (ii) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date and (B) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the Cut-off Date (including amounts in the Prefunding Account as of the Closing Date).

  • Initial Note A-5 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Group 1 Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group 1 Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group 1, (b) the Group 1 Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group 1 and (c) the Group 1 Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Class B Investor Interest means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Investor Interest, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to Class B Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.10(b), minus (d) the amount of the Reallocated Class B Principal Collections allocated pursuant to subsection 4.12(a) on all prior Transfer Dates for which the Collateral Interest Amount has not been reduced, minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Investor Interest has been reduced on all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.10(a) and plus (f) the aggregate amount of Excess Spread allocated and available on all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.11(d) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Investor Interest may not be reduced below zero.

  • Series B Holder means a Record Holder of the Series B Preferred Units.

  • Initial Note A Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Riskless principal transaction means a transaction in which a dealer buys a security from any person and makes a simultaneous offsetting sale of such security to a qualified institutional buyer, including another dealer acting as riskless principal for a qualified institutional buyer.

  • Loan Investor means any person (including an Agency) having a beneficial interest in any mortgage loan originated, purchased or serviced by the Company or any Company Subsidiary or a security backed by or representing an interest in any such mortgage loan; and

  • Note A-9 Holder means the Initial Note A-9 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-9, as applicable.

  • Available Principal With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts with respect to the prior Monthly Period:

  • Group I Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group I Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group I, (b) the Group I Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group I and (c) the Group I Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Initial Note A-6 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Note A-8 Holder means the Initial Note A-8 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-8, as applicable.

  • Group 2 Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group 2 Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group 2, (b) the Group 2 Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group 2 and (c) the Group 2 Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Class B Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class B Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(b).
