Subordinated Principal Collections means, with respect to each Distribution Date, the product of (a) the Floating Allocation Percentage, with respect to the Revolving Period, or the Principal Allocation Percentage, with respect to the Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, of Allocable Principal Collections deposited in the Collection Account for the related Due Period (or any partial Due Period which occurs as the first Due Period during the Early Amortization Period) and (b) the Class B Invested Percentage for such Distribution Date.
Subordinated Principal Collections means with respect to any Due Period, Available Investor Principal Collections applied in accordance with Section 4.06.
