Investor Requirements definition

Investor Requirements means all responsibilities and obligations established or promulgated by a Security Party.

More Definitions of Investor Requirements

Investor Requirements means any outstanding contractual, legal and regulatory obligation of the Company or any Subsidiary to any Investor, including but not limited to, the representations, warranties and covenants made by the Company or any Subsidiary to any Investor.
